The Sporting News has unveiled its latest 2024 NFL mock draft, spanning a full seven rounds from the first selection of Caleb Williams to the Bears down to Mr. Irrelevant. This comprehensive mock takes into account team needs, front-office preferences, and the ever-changing landscape of the NFL.

In Round 1, the mock features six edge rushers, five trades, and five quarterbacks. Williams, the reigning Heisman Trophy winner, goes first overall to the Bears, who are in dire need of a franchise quarterback. Other notable picks in the first round include Bryce Young to the Texans at No. 2, Arch Manning to the Colts at No. 4, and Marvin Jones Jr. to the Buccaneers at No. 10.

The mock also includes several trades, including the Rams moving up to No. 5 to select Cade Klubnik, the Cardinals trading down to No. 15 to acquire more draft capital, and the Bears trading up to No. 17 to select Anthony Richardson.

Rounds 2 and 3 of the mock feature a mix of talented prospects, including wide receivers, offensive linemen, and defensive backs. The Bills select wide receiver Jalin Hyatt with the first pick of Round 2, while the Ravens trade up to No. 36 to select offensive tackle Kelvin Banks.
